DoesnI got these for Bible journaling and they aren’t a terrible product. Here are a few things that I noticed. Not all the colors have the same ink flow. The basic colors, red, blue, and black are great. Smooth tip and nice writing. The dark purple is also very nice. The other colors, the light blue, pink, orange and gold are not my favorite. I have to press down hard and write everything twice in order for the ink to show up on the page. What I do like about these is that they do not bleed through Bible pages. That is a huge plus. I probably won’t purchase these again, but they were nice and I will use them until the ink runs dry.

love the deferents colorsI just got my new Inductive Bible so I need to have some pens to mark, this set of pens is nice I wish to have more colors but for now, is good. love it.

  3. Laurie Gammill

No better than a regular pen. Would not buy again.Must write on another paper before writing in Bible. Really no better than any other pen.

Good colorsThey haven’t run out of ink yet

Not good for writing- just underlining.I was bummed that one pen didn’t even make it through my 5 week study of Ruth. I used the purple pen and it only made it through 4 of the weeks. I was writing with it, not just underlining, but I kind of though that it should have lasted longer than a month of use. I didn’t write THAT much!I was also bummed that the pens will clump when you go to use them at first. Each time I would go to write for the first time each day there was a thick spot that came out.

Perfect for delicate Bible paperTried several brands. GT Luscombe 10 pen set leave no smeary globs and provide a fine, consistent line. Mr. Pen brand bible-safe pens caused terrible bleed-through.

Pens do not leak or transfer through thin Bible paperI do like the pens, but was disappointed that they did not write thicker. They did write with ease and I liked the style of them also. The colors were not as deep as I would have like them, but they worked well enough. The ink did not fade and that is a good plus for me.

1st Week these pens were greatInitially, I was very pleased with these underlining highlighter pens and note-pens. However, now that I’ve been using them for a while, their “brightness” is fading and the note-pens are so faint that I’m not useing them anymore. Disappointed.

  9. Sharon Raines

No instructions. They pens are cheaply made and it took me a minute to figure out how to click it on. But, they write well for a bible pen and won’t bleed through paper. It does not tell you to click down the shirt clip to write. I almost brock it figuring it out.

Great set for myself and giftsI buy these for gifts all the time. I’ve purchased a few sets now and there are perfect. Inductive bible study requires lots of highlighters and there are never enough colors. This completes my study set. They don’t bleed through the thin bible pages. I use the black for taking notes. The only criticism is the pencil is very sharp. Sometimes that can indent the thin pages
