This is a wonderful set!This book and study guide have helped me to start to overcome my negative thinking and actions for myself and towards others. It really helps reading the stories she uses as reference in the book. It helps me knowing that other people have gone through some of the same things that I am going through! This book has also helped to point out certain bible verses that I can use to help me when I am having a tough time with something.
